How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. For urgent booking requests, we recommend calling our booking line directly for immediate assistance. During peak seasons, response times may be slightly longer, but we'll always acknowledge receipt of your message promptly.
What information should I include when requesting models?
To help us respond most effectively to your model request, please include: event date(s) and location, type of event/project, number of models needed, specific requirements (height, age range, language skills, etc.), duration of the booking, and your budget range if applicable. The more details you provide, the better we can match you with suitable talent.
How can I apply to become a model with your agency?
To apply as a model, please use our contact form and select "Model Application" from the subject dropdown. Include your basic details, experience level, and attach or link to recent photographs (professional or natural, unedited images showing your face and full body). Our talent team reviews applications weekly and will contact promising candidates for an interview or casting session.
Do you offer international booking services?
Yes, we provide models for international assignments. Our models have experience working globally and hold appropriate documentation for travel. For international bookings, please contact us at least 4-6 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for travel arrangements, visa processing (if needed), and logistics planning. Additional fees for international placements will be included in your custom quote.
Can I visit your agency in person?
Yes, you can visit our Dubai office during business hours, but we recommend scheduling an appointment first to ensure the appropriate team member is available to assist you. Please contact us by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance to arrange your visit. For model interviews and client meetings, appointments are required.
